At GameDay, we do not believe in a set product portfolio. Each customer is individual, and so should be their bag. That does not mean we need to start from scratch in every case, but we will happily do so if your use case implies it.

Base Models
Our website lists a variety of curated base model bags that cover a wide range of needs businesses have. We are also constantly and actively listening to our customers and keeping an eye on broader trends in the market to continuously improve and expand our product range. Stay tuned for updates!

Adjust look and feel
Choose from a broad selection of fabrics. Whether you are looking for a sleek office look, a functional and weatherproof surface, or something more robust for outdoor use – each of our base model bags can be transformed in many different ways.
Each fabric is available in a selection of standard colors. We can also match your corporate colors on the Pantone color guide when desired.
Decide where and it what size we should place your logo or logos. One color, multiple colors, printing, embroidery…options abound.
Step 3
Make it unique
It does not stop here. Our strength is that we can go above and beyond the regular adjustment of the look and feel. Your options are not limited to adding your logo in a certain location, but are virtually unlimited. We will work with you to make your ideal bag.
If you need specifc compartments for equipment your team is regularly carrying, want to add an extra pocket, or even need to adjust the size or volume of your bag – GameDay has your solution.

Our Order process
We are keeping our order process as simple as possible to ensure that you get a bag that meets your requirements in top-notch quality, and as quick as possible.
- The “Plan” Stage covers the entire process of getting to know each other and exploring your needs
- We explain the “Develop” Stage in detail above. It results in the intitial production specifications
- Afterwards, we move into the “Approve” stage, where we will produce a prototype to verify that the product fully meets your expectations
- Once the pre-production samle is approved, we “Launch” production of the final sample
- Finally, we move into the “Optimize” stage where we deliver your product and provide customer service
We have various options to shorten the lead times by choosing different modes of transportation.

We will get back to you to schedule first a video call to learn more about your needs, sort of bags, timing, budget, colors, and logo.
Schedule an appointment at your office, where we will bring several samples to discuss your wishes.
Based on your wishes we will design your bag with our technical staff, and send it to you for review and feedback.
Once you approve the design, we will start making two Pre-Production Samples (PPS), one for you and one for us as a reference.
The batch production will start as soon as you have shared your billing details and the deposit payment has been received, and PPS is approved.
Once the final product has been received at our Dutch warehouse, we will inform you. After the balance of the invoice is paid, goods will be released for delivery.
