Your company, your customers and your partners are as important to you as for us. We believe in personal contact with our sales and design department to make you “Carry Your Brand” with pride.
It’s important to know that even if you can’t find your preferred bag on our website, we are here to assist you in finding your preferred bag and customise it as per your wishes.
Customisation goes far beyond logos, colors, and fabrics but extends to the style itself.

Our Process in Just Eight Steps:
Step 1
Contact us via our global email or EU office tel.

Step 2
We will get back to you to schedule first a video call to learn more about your needs, sort of bags, timing, budget, colors, and logo.
Step 3
Schedule if requested an appointment at your office, where we bring based on your needs several samples to discuss your wishes.
Step 4
Based on your wishes we will with the help of our technical designers design your bag and send it to you for review and feedback.
Step 5
Once you approve the design, we will start making two Pre Production Samples (PPS), one for you and one for us as a reference.
Step 6
The production will start as soon as you have shared your billing details and the deposit payment has been received and pps is approved.
Step 7
Share with us your billing details and delivery address which we will need for the invoice and official order confirmation.
Step 8
The final product has been received at our Dutch warehouse, we will inform you, and ask you to clear the balance of your invoice, in order for us to release the goods.

Production & Payment
Once your bag is ready we have 4 options to choose from:
A. Ocean freight, 6 weeks + 2-4 days domestic transport.
B. Train freight, 3-4 weeks + 2-4 days domestic transport.
C. Air freight, 1 week + 2-4 days domestic transport.
D. FedEx courier, 4-8 days directly to your address.
Each form of transport does imply the price.
50% deposit payment once PPS has been approved.
Production starts from the moment we received the deposit payment into our EU bank account.
Balance payment: BEFORE shipment ex Netherlands or in case the shipment needs to be sent directly ex Asia to you.
Normally the goods first arrive and get imported into the EU via Rotterdam harbor or Amsterdam airport.
All of our terms and conditions accord with Dutch laws.
